At Girls on the Run, we envision a world where every girl knows and activates her limitless potential and is free to boldly pursue her dreams. That is why Girls on the Run NJ East is raising funds for girls in 3rd-8th grade to participate in our program right here in our community!

Since 2000, over 28,000 girls from Burlington, Essex, Hunterdon, Mercer, Morris and Union counties have participated in our life-changing program. Furthermore, we have raised over $1 million in financial assistance to ensure that every girl who wants to be part of Girls on the Run has that opportunity!

This fall, we are launching our first online auction from September 28 to October 12, 2026 to raise funds for financial assistance. The enthusiasm for Girls on the Run programming in under-resourced communities in New Jersey is growing exponentially, so we need to increase our fundraising to meet these needs. By bidding on an auction item, you are helping girls in our community gain confidence, life skills, mentorship, and peer connections. Our goal is to raise $10,000 this fall to support 4 new teams in Newark, Trenton and beyond!
