2022 Gratitude Report

Girls on the Run smiling in blue t-shirts

Our connectedness grew stronger in 2022. As we reflect on the past year, that sense of connection ties together the people and purpose of our Girls on the Run NJ East family: our staff, executive board, volunteer coaches, supporters, and of course girls.

The generosity of our supporters allowed us to inspire girls across New Jersey to find strength in their connectedness. That sense of connection links our organization's past and our mission to build a better tomorrow for girls.

Since 2000, we have created that magical feeling of connection and belonging for more than 22,500 girls in Essex, Morris, Union Mercer and Burlington counties. Today, thanks to your support, the future of our girl empowerment nonprofit organization shines brightly.

Our 2022 Annual Report, “The Power of Our Connectedness,” celebrates and showcases the impact Girls on the Run NJ East had on our community last year. As we embark on our spring season in April, please take a moment to reflect on the accomplishments of the past year as we joyfully prepare to reach more girls in 2023.

Your commitment to Girls on the Run NJ East has allowed girls to create connections that will empower and transform their lives. Thank you!
