At Girls on the Run NJ East, we know the power of our program—girls discover their confidence, find their voice, and realize they are capable of more than they imagined.

As our community continues to grow, we’ve been asking an important question:
How do we reach more girls while making every experience even more meaningful?

Over the past year, our staff and board have been working together to answer that question—creating a clear, measurable plan to guide the next three years. 

Our focus is simple and intentional:

• Expanding access so more girls can participate

• Strengthening the experience for every girl, coach, and family

• Deepening connections across our community

• Amplifying the joy and impact of our 5K celebrations

• Building a sustainable future for our mission

At the heart of it all is a vision we share for every girl:
that she knows her voice matters, she is powerful, and she belongs.
